Looking for help as follows:

Form view captures simple data of works to be completed (Worksheet)

Worksheet link is sent to 3 contractors to put a quote next to each work line.

The jobs and quotes can then be sorted, by priority and cost. Contractor is awarded job, once job is finished contractor captures signature and job is rated good to bad to capture contractor work history


Simply but a couple of complex areas that are out of my scope
