We have “Description” texts for fields and views.
They are displayed as tooltips for fields, and as a commentary in the views list.

I suggest to add such “Description” field for each of the views settings:

• Hidden fields


• Filters


• Grouping


• Sorting


• Coloring


• Even sharing, why not.
