I have a list of projects that I have completed. Is there a way to archive these rows or move to a new “archive” tab so they arent cluttering up my list of projects on the go?

You can add a filter to exclude completed projects. Not exactly archiving, but you can simplify most important views.

Archiving would help in some scenarios! For example, I have Linked records from Projects table. Now the completed projects, I don’t want to be seen while linking into Tasks table, because they are complete. But since they exist in the Project table, they still show up while linking.
