Checkboxes: how to check more than one at a time

I’d like to be able to select a bunch of records in a checkbox field and check them all at once instead of checking each one individually. Hope you can help :slightly_smiling_face:

I just use copy and paste. Copy one, then highlight multiple and paste. Or you can click corner and drag down.

I didn’t know about clicking the corner and dragging it. Awesome.

Copy/paste is more nuanced, it seems. I had tried copy/paste before posting my question but it didn’t work for me. Now I notice that it does work when I highlight the new cells using shift + cursor keys. But if I select the new cells by clicking and holding and dragging the mouse (the way you can in Excel or Google Sheets) then copy/paste doesn’t work. For me anyway…
