Have some analysis of the data inside my table

Hello all!
I’m trying to jump into Airtable which is not so easy.
I’m trying to build an agronomical trials database to compare the effect of my products vs. Non treated (UTC). (for example just in terms of yield.
The thing is, when I put all the data in one place, the analysis becomes very complicated.
