Hubspot Migration

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Hi Everyone,

I’m getting a few enquiries about clients wanting to move from HubSpot to a Airtable based CRM. It looks like HubSpot allows the export of the Contacts, Accounts, Deals and probably other related activities but I wondered if anyone has been through the pain of doing this and associating the records back in Airtable.

Any advice, tips, lookouts is greatly appreciated.

Jason

Yes, I can help with this.

Migration is one of the things that I can help with, and I can also help with integrating Hubspot & Airtable for companies that still want to use both platforms simultaneously.

I feel like I have become the community's Hubspot expert, because so many of my Airtable consulting clients have asked me to do all of this for them! 😜

My main tools for direct integration are Make's Hubspot integrations & Make's Airtable integrations.

If you have a budget for your project and you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with any of this, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consulting — ScottWorld

hey Jason!

not sure what you ended up going with here, but for future, Whalesync has a two-way sync between HubSpot and Airtable that includes support for the following tables + association fields.

Definitely can be useful for migrations.

  • Calls
  • Contact
  • Companies
  • Communications
  • Custom Objects
  • Deals
  • Emails
  • Line Items
  • Meetings
  • Notes
  • Products
  • Quotes
  • Tasks
  • Taxes
  • Tickets
