I like the fact that whenever you ask a question, a “similar questions” box pops up. I think there is a more effective way for this. You can use labels (flairs for reddit) so that we can see if questions have been answered. This should help in creating a database of answered questions. Here are my suggested labels:

Question
Answered
Archived
