One option may be to create a separate “Tasks” base (perhaps with different views for each user) and use a tool like Zapier or Integromat to sync tasks between the bases and create interlinks between them, using the original bases as the source of truth.
Granted, the more bases you’re using, the more complicated this becomes. So, if you decide to go this route, I’d recommend keeping the number of separate bases to a minimum and/or consider unifying as many related bases as possible.
