I just upgraded to pro and I need an invoice. According to the FAQs I can view all my past invoices and charges in my Account page, but I can’t find it there. Will they start appearing one month after the plan upgrade?

Invoices appear not on the Account Overview page but on the settings page for the applicable workspace, since plans are workspace-level. From your Account Overview page, select the name of the workspace (on the left, beneath ‘Recent Activity’) and the invoices should appear on the right-hand side of the ‘[Workspace Name] Settings’ page, immediately below your payment information.
