Unfortunately, I am an Airtable customer, which I am not happy about at all.
Today I received a letter where Airtable says that he withdrew 240 dollars from my account.
And I have been trying for several hours to find a way to ask technical support - for what kind of services this amount was charged.
But it’s stupidly impossible to contact technical support - each button and instruction leads to the next instruction, from it to the stupid chat bot and from it again to the instruction and so on in a circle.
There is no way to just write a question and get an answer.
Is this even possible to get some support, or do Airtable companies give a **bleep** about their customers so much that they are not interested in talking to them under any circumstances?
