Unfortunately, I am an Airtable customer, which I am not happy about at all.

Today I received a letter where Airtable says that he withdrew 240 dollars from my account.

And I have been trying for several hours to find a way to ask technical support - for what kind of services this amount was charged.

But it’s stupidly impossible to contact technical support - each button and instruction leads to the next instruction, from it to the stupid chat bot and from it again to the instruction and so on in a circle.

There is no way to just write a question and get an answer.

Is this even possible to get some support, or do Airtable companies give a **bleep** about their customers so much that they are not interested in talking to them under any circumstances?

This could be the reason you are not receiving a response from our Support Team. Have received a response but need to follow-up with additional information, but replying to their email prompts an auto reply to go though help center.  But the help centre doesn't maintain the conversation to continue from previous.

Need assistance to reach a person.


i received an email from airtable TODAY that has two links in it, and both result in 404 errors!

I have registered as a member of this Airtable Community Platform. I posted my questions, seeking resources or help from people in this community. However, I cannot reply to them when they share their input with me. Could you please advise how to make it possible for me to reply to their messages? Thank you.


I'm also having a billing issue and need to resolve it urgently. I've already sent a message through the support email and haven't received a response yet.


My account has been debited for $451.32!!
I can't believe this, I have been asking for refund but there is no support. I am so sad right now, that money was important for me. I want refund and there is no one to support. Can somebody help please??


Good luck getting any help whatsoever.  It has the potential to be a great tool but their customer support and service is awful.
