Airtable Automation Errors

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

 Hey there!

What’s the best way to identify when an Airtable Automation hits an error?

I have some bases with lots of animations running, and it’s pretty crucial that we catch when errors or thrown or an automation doesn’t fully run.

What’s the best way to catalog or oddities? Can I run an automation with Zapier to catch these and push them into a Google sheet? Can I set up something with my Gmail account and have errors reported there, and then sent to slack?

Thanks for any help you can give!

The owner of the base should get an email when an automation fails.

Thanks! Do you also know how to determine how many automations have run per base or workspace?

Is that number accessible somewhere?

Probably not exactly what you are looking for but you can view the total automations run for a workspace under the account page. Open your account and select the workspace on the left.
