Hi Community,
I am sending out emails in an automation and would like to send out follow-up emails with the email history of the already sent email after a delay of 2 hours.
I know that there is a way to delay actions (https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054070574-Delay-an-automation-from-running) but as I said, for the recipient it should look like I manually hit the reply button on a sent email with a follow-up question.
Who can help or has an idea of what function or terms I am looking for?
