Hi,

I have seen a few posted questions that are similar to my scenario, but I need more specific assistance.

I am trying to update my Appointments grid view records when someone cancels their appointment that they've scheduled through Calendly. I have tried to create the right formulas for record look up in Zapier and Airtable Automations, but they keep coming up empty. In Zapier, it looks like it might be a multi-step search which is only available on paid plans and I really don't want to have to pay for another subscription to do what might be possible in Airtable alone.

Please help! Thanks so much 🙂

Hmm, try:
1. Calendly synced to Google Calendar
2. Automation with trigger "Google Calendar: When an event is created" that creates records as needed and logs the Event ID
3. Automation with trigger "Google Calendar: When an event is changed" that looks for the right record based on the Event ID and updates the fields

I run a variation of this where I log every event change and it works great, and no third party apps needed

Make is free for up to 2 automations and it is infinitely more powerful than Zapier. Make lets you monitor Calendly cancellations, which you can then delete from Airtable.

So you want to just update records only in airtable right? Just have a automation log maintained that whenever a  meeting is scheduled add it inside airtable. As @TheTimeSavingCo suggested it would be better that way. But trying using Make as it has a free plan allowing you to have unlimited steps in the automation but allows only 2 active automations. Try and this should work
