Automations Failing

hi guys, 

i try to use web clipper for getting data from linked in automatically in my airtable. im new to airtable and also to HTML. so i tried to set up the webclipper by selecting the HTLM atributes with CSS search. But unfortunatly my set up is not correct yet. can you help me and answer if i picked the right html attribute or notation

for example i attached my aproach for the website

when i start the extension in chrome, no records are made in the airtable so far.
