Hi All,

I would like to be able to automatically add instructions (how to perform a subtask) when I select a certain subtask. Plain text would be sufficient here. What would work?

Thanks!

In the right margin, there is the option to “Add Helper Text”.

This is how you can add instructions to any field on your interface form.

However, the helper text is static. It is not conditional text based on a selection.

If you’re looking for conditional text based on a selection, then you would need to use Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable.

Hi @ScottWorld , that's indeed a way better solution, to provide the instructions in the form. Many thanks!
