Hi! I have the following problem I'm trying to solve:
I have one Trip table which lists a series of trips, which each have a start and end date and a list of 4 potential locations.
I have another Crew table which lists crew members start and end dates, and their location during those dates.
I'm trying to figure out how I can auto-populate a field in the Trip table with the crew who are available from that building during the trip dates, depending on their availability.
Is an automation the best way to try handle this?
I've made some attempts but am struggling without having dynamic date entries in the automation filter conditions for finding records. There are dynamic entries for Text, but not date fields.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
