Hi,

The automations implementend in Airtable aren't working anymore. The goal of those automations is to automatically send e-mails via Outlook.

First, I received this error message :

Airtable's permission to use the configured E-mail Outlook account has been revoked. Please reconnect the account or select a different E-mail Outlook account for this step.

I reconnected the Outlook account, but the following message appeared:

Microsoft a signalé une erreur lors du traitement de cette action : The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.

How can I fix it?

Many thanks for your help 🙂

Sorry, I don’t know how to solve your problem. Maybe delete the connection and try again?

I would also try setting this up with Make’s Outlook automations and see if you get the same error there.

There can be a small learning curve with Make, which is why I created this basic navigation video to help. I also provide the links to a few other Make training resources there as well.

Thanks Scott!

I don't dare to delete/disconnect the connection. I'm afraid this will change the settings currently in place (my Airtable knowledge is very limited). We also already use Make, and I see that there are concerns there as well. In my opinion, everything is linked...
