Can you automate an email that goes out with the results of just one column of information?

Hi! Is it possible to create an automation that will email someone the results from one column (not the full record) of a grid?

We are doing an exercise where staff fill out an airtable form saying what they value about other people on the team (long text responses).  So each record has the feedback about every staff member from each person that fills out the form.  Is it possible to have an automated email go out to individual staff members with just the responses from their column?

I would say no, as there is no way for the automation to know which field data has to go to which person. If you would use a form submit per person, that would be a different thing.
