Cannot email non-collaborators on the current billing plan

Why am I no longer able to email customers automatically? This automation was working just fine before I had to update Zapier.

Per my reply on your other thread, it looks like this base is in a free workspace. Did this base move from a paid workspace to a free workspace? Or was the workspace downgraded?

Yes, I moved it to a paid plan

Per your other thread, you are on a Plus plan, and you need a Pro plan to email. It also isn't clear what changes to Zapier you made or how that might affect things. Changes to Zapier should not affect this action because it does not involve Zapier.

If you have followup, I suggest you followup on only the other thread as it has more information.
