You would need a Pro or Enterprise plan for that. Alternatively, you could make use of the "Send Gmail" or "Send Outlook" email actions if you'd like; those can be used on the Free and Plus plans

I am using outlook and getting the message. Can we get further clarification.

i am on the trial of pro, and cannot send emails out to non collaborator emails. Help! ist it only on enterprise?

Sending an email using a connected Gmail account worked for me. Can you share any additional information about the error you're receiving, please?
