Hello, is there a way to change the creation date / time of a field?
Automations will only render grids with fields sorted by creation date. This makes reports unreadable, and automations as weekly digests useless…

Hi @MatteoCossu,
Adam from Airtable here.
Good question. There’s not a way to change the creation datetime. This is for good reason because the ability to change that kind of thing would likely cause massive issues on our backend.
Our support team has received similar requests and already elevated this feature request to our Product and Engineering teams. We appreciate the feedback. For now, the best workaround would be to split the records out into multiple find records steps and then order those find records steps the way you see fit. You’d likely need to create a new field that would allow for different conditions to be met in the various find records steps that you add to your automation.
Otherwise, we appreciate your understanding and you can stay on top of Airtable product changes from our What’s New Page.
