What specifically are you trying to accomplish?

You could use Airtable’s sync for a one-way, read-only sync from source to destination.

Automations don’t work across bases, You would either need to write a custom script, or use an external low-code automation tool like Make.com.

You didn’t explain what you are trying to do — do you really need separate bases to accomplish your goals?

separate bases are not needed it’s just the way it is right now
and I needed a confirmation that this is not working as suggested
the idea was to have a separate base that contains all web form
which now turns out as bad practice :winking_face:
