Kanban Issue - Can't change card order?

Can we Customize Cards in Kanban View By Automation.

I want to do that whenever “contract end date” is filled, contract end date should be added in Active rental status automatically not in others.

Can we customize fields in a way that some fields are shown in some cards while hidden in others.
