Email Automation TO: Not letting me select the Users email

Hello,

I have an automation set up to remind salespersons that an incoming job is scheduled and ready. Everything works except when I try to send the automated email the Salesperson field is not inputting their email and the configuration is not allowing me to select email. Please see attached.

As you can see.. in the Account field I have a valid email

Hmm...this automation is triggering from another table that has a linked field to "Salespersons" I'm assuming?  If so, could you try adding a lookup field to that table that displays the emails from "Salespersons", and then using that lookup field in your automation?
