If I understand the requirements correctly, this is not possible with only native Airtable feature
- public share links that do not require logging in
- automatic creation of share links
- each share link only has access to user specific data
While you can create shared views in Airtable with only specific fields and records that can be viewed without logging in, this cannot be done automatically.
You can create an Airtable interface where users can only see their own data without having to manually create a bunch of URLs, but users would need to log in.
I think you would need a third party (paid) portal system to get all the features you want.

Thank you for your response.
Will the external persons need an airtable log-in or can it be some kind of password or code that enables the persons to see their individual data set ?
Hello @J9Boe ! This could be the app for you.
You can connect to Airtable and create external share links.
You can try it for free with a demo table here:

Many thanks.
The last option looks really great. Now I just need to work out how I can generate the individual group results for each farmer with their list of fields we searched.
Background information: we search various numbers of fields each morning and the farmers cut the grass on these fields after our drone search. One field is one line in our Google sheets spreadsheet. And we update the Google sheet to communicate if we have searched the field, if we found any animals and other information.
So the URL should show all the lines of one farmer but not the ones of another farmer.
Can anyone help me to connect these things with each other or is this too complex?
Thank you for any help.
