Hello all!
As the subject suggests, I am trying to fill in blank cells under a certain column with "N/A" when a form input leaves the column blank. This is so that when I create an automated email, instead of "the part is ", the recipient will receive "the part is N/A." I have tried to run an automation with when I change the status of the form input, a conditional record update will trigger but only if it is empty. However, I keep getting a testing error. Does anyone have insight into this?
Thanks!

Sorry for the late response! I figured out that my Record ID was referencing the wrong item, therefore causing the automation to break. Thanks for reaching out to help though!

Could you provide screenshots of the error, your automation setup, and the table with the data the automation errored on?
In theory what you're suggesting should work just fine!
