Hyperlink to trigger automation

Forum|alt.badge.img

I am trying to build a workflow for email verification for members when they join my database.  The idea that when they complete the signup form it triggers an "email verification" email with a hyperlink. When the new member clicks on the hyperlink it (1) triggers an automation confirming email verification and registering that on the database and (2) send the user to a confirmation page.

So I am wondering if there is a way to create a hyperlink that triggers an action/automation in Airtable.

Any help appreciated.

Triggering automation by accessing a URL is not possible with Airtable.
How about using a pre-filled form and having the user press the submit button?
Automation can be triggered when the form is submitted.

Additionally, if you're open to using Make, I show how to trigger automations via a link in an email in this episode of the BuiltOnAir podcast.
