Integrating threaded email - kinda like basecamp / ticketing system

Hi there,

Is there away to send and recieve threaded emails?

we want to introduce a ticketing system ie

request comes in via a form
email is sent to client to acknowledge receipt
all further comms are updated within AT automatically so anyone can see the notes on the job at any given time
