Mailing Automatization: multiple recipients

Dear Airtable Community,
I need your help with the mailing automatization. I need to send the same email to mullite people.

Here’s my issue:
I created an automation of sending out emails which works great. The only thing is that most often, I need to send out the same email to multiple people: I need that emails send automatically to several recipients’ emails that I put into each record. I’ve tried using a long form with “email1@email.com; email2@email.com;” as the Email Address Field, but it only sends to the first email.

Could you please tell me if it’s somehow possible to do?

Thank you so much in advance
Olena

Hi @Olena_Kondratenko ! Welcome to the community :tada:

You can absolutely send the email to multiple people, you will just want to use commas instead of semicolons between the values. Depending on how you get those values, you can use substitute to accomplish this.

Hopefully this helps!
