Hi, i am just getting to know about airtable and I set up automation and connected my gmail. i want it to send emails to email addresses in my record when a condition is met. but it is telling me I cannot send an email to non-collaborators on my current plan.
my question is
1. If I upgrade to plus plan will I be able to send emails to everyone including non collaborators?
2. Is there a way to send emails to non-collaborators on the free plan?
Hi there! With both our Free and Plus plan offerings, the recipient list of the Send an email Action is limited to collaborators of that base who also have verified emails for their Airtable account. To remedy this, we recommend either adding the collaborator(s) to the base (especially on the Free plan) or considering the Gmail: Send email or Outlook: Send email actions, which are not limited by this aspect.
