URL for a table’s record?

Is there a way to search for a record, (and ideally link it) in table B based on an email address field in table A, whilst entering the new record in table A?- I dont mind if it fails if it finds duplication or none, but it would save me much time to automate this?

Yes, Automations has a Find Action that you can use to search for the email address and then update another record in another table with the found address.

On the trigger you might want to be careful that the automation does not run before you have provided enough information to the new record for the Automation to Find the email address.
