I am looking to automate a reminder to do a weekly quiz for my team. I want to find any missing records based on the submitted forms from that week and the overall list of the team members, then send a slack reminder to the non-submitters. I was going to have it trigger on a consistent time every week but got stuck finding which records would be missing from a list.
Hm, I assume you've got a formula field that checks whether the team member has submitted a record that week?
If so, I would then create another formula field that would check whether it was Sunday (or whatever day you want it to be), and have an automation that would trigger on both of the previously mentioned fields and send an email
