Generate URL to Update Record Via Form

We have an automation to send an email when a record is not empty.

It works well when we set it for the first time in a new record, but when the attachment is deleted to place a new attachment, the automation generates a wrong URL for the new file and it causes a fail when sending the email in the automation.

Can anyone help me with the issue as it is causing big trouble to our company workflow?

as an update, now it also works randomly when it is set for the first time.

I am very surprised/dissappointed that we still do not have an answer from Airtable after opening a ticket for it a week ago
