Auto adding a row & then emailing the row

I am trying to have a row added every week automatically, and then when the field End of testing hits today - 1 day it would send an email notification.

Personally, my favorite tool for scheduling automations like this is Integromat. It’s powerful, no coding required, and allows custom schedules like “once per week”.
