Best Practice for a base for entire company

I am trying to build my company a tool that would be used to track all the program specialist’s monthly re-examinations.

I plan to use different views to allow each Program Specialist to display their progress in completing their monthly re-examinations.

However, I am questions about how to make this possible without running into any issue where Program Specialists might inadvertently alter or change someone else’s log–by accident.

Is there a way to lock views so that only specialists can interact with their own view?

You can’t set permissions for views — you can only set them for fields & tables.
