I manage a large media plan with multiple users. As due dates approach in the following increments, 60, 30, and 15 days, I want to trigger an email that will inform that user if they have not provided the necessary information to deploy the ads.

I have set the first trigger up at 60 days however it is sending per record, not per user. Is there a way to consolidate all the records into one email?

Thank you in advance!

Yes - you can use the Find Records action and then a Repeating Groups action for the records you find.

There’s more info here: https://support.airtable.com/docs/repeating-groups-of-automation-actions

Thank you for sending! I never thought to use the search term repeating. ðŸ˜Š

Still sending individual emails. The steps are very well written, I went through them twice but same result.

It's hard to troubleshoot without knowing how your data is structured.... do you want to either post screenshots or PM me?
