Field - Creating a linked field to another base with a "group" option

I have one table in a base that has a list of different artists under management, the "Artists Base", lets say group A, group B, group C, etc. In another table of contacts, I have a field that is a link to the "Artists Base". 

Instead of selecting all the artists from group A, is there a way I can create a group tag to assign all artists in Group A to a particular contact?

I'm assuming the values of "Management" are "Group A", "Group B", etc?  If so, could you try creating a new table like so and converting it to a linked field?
