Hey there,
We are building a complicated form and we are wondering if it would be possible to break up the questionnaire into multiple pages so that we can offer the questions in smaller chunks? Do you have any insights into this?

Hi @Layla_Meillier - theoretically, you could do this in Airtable, but this is going to mean a table for each form with some way to join them back together (each form might take the submitter’s email, for example, as a “key” for each form response). It is easier to do this now with Airtable automations than it might have been previously, but it is still going to be a bit tricky.
You are probably better off using a 3rd party form solution like JotForm, which offers as multi-page form and send this data to Airtable once collected.

Hi there! I just wanted to throw the miniExtensions hat in the ring as well! Our form offers multi-page support, as well as tons of other functionality not supported by Airtable's offering. Our form offers unlimited users and submissions, and all of our subscriptions also include access to our long list of automation workflows, which can be super useful as well for modifying Airtable data in bulk!
