Just as the title says. I have a form that looks like this
Company Name
Company Size
Contact Name
Contact Email
Contact Phone
How can I have it set so that my form finds the single foreign key then passes those fields to create those records?

For this you should be able to use an automation with a "Find Record" followed by an "Update Record" action
