Hi there, is it possible to have a column only show certain single select fields dependent on what the previous column select e.g. I want to only show items within a certain category not all the items in all the categorys.

Column A = Categories
Column B = Subcategories

I only want to show the subcategories within the category I select.

TIA

Charlie

You can set up your Airtable to only show subcategories based on the selected category by linking tables. When you select a category in Column A, Column B will automatically show only the relevant subcategories for that category.

I'm afraid that's not possible with single select fields.  If you're open to changing your base structure by replacing those single select fields with linked fields to new tables, you can use Airtable's dynamic filtering functionality which will do what you need: https://support.airtable.com/docs/dynamic-filtering-in-linked-record-fields
