Is it possible to invite specific users/email addresses to specific grid views within a Base? I can only find a way to share a PW protected link or share with users of a specific email domain, but not a way to invite users to a SPECIFIC view within a base. Is that possible and I just can't find it?

No, you're not able to create a view and invite specific users to only see that view.
Instead, you'll want to create an Interface that fits your requirements and share that Interface to your specific users with the desired permission level specified.
This will protect your underlying data and prevent unauthorized or undesired external link sharing whilst also providing a tailored application interface experience for your users.
