Prefill Linked field with multiple records not wor...

Hi all,

I am building a base for capturing information about a large collection of school trophies. The "trophies" table includes a linked field, "people." In the "people" table, there is a "role" field. There may be cases where a person has multiple roles, e.g. "alternate" and "student." It seems like there should be a way to characterize the relationship from trophy to person by multiple roles. I don't have enough experience to know my options. Can someone help?

Also, is there a way to limit a date field to year only?

Never mind, I forgot about junction tables. I think I have it worked out.
