I have created two forms within my base. As of last week, the fields for both form, #1 and form #2 were visible in my base and form #1, however, this week I noticed that many of the fields from my form #1 were missing from both the form and the base. I assume another editor went in there and messed around. I was able to recover form #1 based off a previous version of form #1 and was able to recover the base that showed fields from both form #1 and form #2, but I was wondering if there was any way to restore the previous version of the base and form #1 without having to rebuild form #1 completely and lose all the information that has already been submitted to the form.
