hi all! trying to create a data base to help my team assign work and hours across projects, but am dealing with a few variables, including: 

- Projects are different durations, but resources are allocated monthly

- Different team members have different billing rates, PTO, and capacity in terms of numbers of hours available

Any tips or similar bases you've seen?
