Resource Planning for multiple timelines and billing rates

hi all! trying to create a data base to help my team assign work and hours across projects, but am dealing with a few variables, including: 

- Projects are different durations, but resources are allocated monthly

- Different team members have different billing rates, PTO, and capacity in terms of numbers of hours available

Any tips or similar bases you've seen?

The timeline view has a really cool utilization function that lets you track resource allocation with team members having their own weekly bucket of hours/PTO dates. Available to Pro and Enterprise plans. https://support.airtable.com/docs/timeline-view-resource-allocation
