Rollup Condition option is missing

In my rollup fields (on multiple bases), I don't have the option to add a condition shown in this article: https://support.airtable.com/docs/rollup-field-reference

Why would that option not be showing up for me? (I have a Pro account)

There is a hard-to-see scroll bar on the right side of the configuration screen. You can hunt for the scroll-bar, or you can try changing the resolution of your computer display to show more.

I can! I missed it too - since it doesn't show until I used it. Who designed that?!
