Custom share link

I want to create a unique share(public) link for each record, so I will send created link to each user, so each user can be edited only one record.

Is it possible?

Nope, this is not possible. You can try creating a prefilled form and allowing users to update a record with a form submission as mentioned here in Airtable's documentation

You may want to look into a third party service like Softr which would allow you to create a login system for this kind of thing too
