Hi there!
Looking to see if it’s possible to use the scripting block to create a folder structure from my airtable records that I would be able to download (presumably from an attachments field) and use right away in finder on my Mac!
Possibly interested in hiring someone to make this happen if it makes sense!

Scripting cannot create folders or files I. The local file system. The only interaction that scripting can have with the local file system is accessing a local file that a user specifically picks.
Attachment fields cannot have a folder structure. Multiple attachments are in a flat list.

@Adrian_Head You could do this with a cloud service like Dropbox, which would then immediately synchronize to the Dropbox folder on your Mac.
