Can a formula reference it's own field's name?

I'm wondering if a formula has a way to reference the field name.  For example I want to name a field the number 10 and then use a formula which calculates if {other field} < {thisfield.name}.

Is that possible?

That is not possible in Airtable. Airtable formulas can't give you the field name itself.
