Is there a way to see which link was used to create a specific record? We use AirTable forms for surveys and have lots of different survey links. I’m looking for a way to see the specific form link that was used to submit that specific survey. Is this possible with a formula?

Hi @Carrie_Moy ,
the best way to do so is to have a field (lets call it Source) that is a single select field. You can prefill this field with the value of the “Source” and hide it in the form.

Hey there, I just wanted to add that our miniExtensions Form improves on this functionality!
Regular URL prefills can be changed by the user, because they're just part of the URL. While our form, of course, allows for this kind of "conventional" prefill, we also give you the option to prefill every record created by a certain form from its configuration page, which means that that prefill is entirely invisible to the user and can therefore not be altered in any way! Plus, it doesn't clutter up the URL unnecessarily! 😉 I would probably recommend to only prefill the form ID (i.e. the last part of the URL) and then combine that with the rest of the URL using a formula field, but you could also just prefill the full URL.
You can try this out using a free account now! 🙂 Let us know if you have any questions or need any assistance in setting this up. We're always there to help!
