Not sure why the basic question hasn’t been asked or it’s hidden so much in the help section that I can’t find it but can someone please tell me how to subtract a start date and end date? No time. Just date.
Like others, I don’t understand the AT explanations as they just give formula names and not examples.

Again - just looking for the basic formula on subtracting 2 dates, without time. weekends/holidays - can be included. :slightly_smiling_face:
Thank you for your help!

Hi @Holli_Younger - here you go:

DATETIME_DIFF({End Date}, {Start Date}, 'days')

It’s right there with all the functions, check the Date and time functions section

The third column are examples. :man_shrugging:

Thank you @JonathanBowen. Simplicity! :slightly_smiling_face:
@Elias_Gomez_Sainz That’s the problem I’m having with the Airtable tutorials, the examples don’t really explain how to put them together its just a per function example. As someone who is still learning how to use Formulas for AT I am still trying to understand if its a parenthesis, comma, double or single quotes. I actually have the Date time Functions from AT printed out in my AT tips notebook for easy reference but stumps me every time.
